This Indigo hued non-alcoholic Gin cocktail uses our butterfly pea flower infused Gin alternative which has a distinctive blue colour that changes to purple when mixed with citrus. This mocktail takes advantage of the gin's beautiful colour as well as it's juniper and floral and notes.
Ingredients:
- 60 ml call me Indigo
- 30 ml fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml lavender syrup (made with equal parts sugar, water, and fresh lavender buds)
- 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary
- Tonic water
- Ice
- Lemon twist, fresh lavender, and rosemary sprig for garnish
Instructions:
- In a shaker, muddle the fresh rosemary and a small sprig of fresh lavender.
- Add the Ink Gin, fresh lemon juice, and lavender syrup to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top off the glass with tonic water.
- Garnish with fresh lavender.
- Serve and enjoy!
