Indigo Blossom

This Indigo hued non-alcoholic Gin cocktail uses our butterfly pea flower infused Gin alternative which has a distinctive blue colour that changes to purple when mixed with citrus. This mocktail takes advantage of the gin's beautiful colour as well as it's juniper and floral and notes.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml call me Indigo
  • 30 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 15 ml lavender syrup (made with equal parts sugar, water, and fresh lavender buds)
  • 1 small sprig of fresh rosemary
  • Tonic water
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist, fresh lavender, and rosemary sprig for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a shaker, muddle the fresh rosemary and a small sprig of fresh lavender.
  2. Add the Ink Gin, fresh lemon juice, and lavender syrup to the shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
  5. Top off the glass with tonic water.
  6. Garnish with fresh lavender.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
